We'll either all get wiped out in an explosive fashion before that, or many of today's alive kids will survive long enough to witness 1-1-2101 due to increasing technology level of medicine.
Who knows, we might all be androids with original brain uploaded to it by then and age won't even be a problem anymore.

So what, the numbers still work if it's the first month and second day or the first day and the second month.

 

There is also 1-23-45 for those that use the MM/DD/YYYY format.
