so readingi between the lines.

EA are pissed of about Origin not comign to WiiU and gave up on this port lol.

I am starting to wrry about their game ports.

Is there any major differences between FIFA, MADDEN compared to the HD TWINS etc??

Assumign EA hasn't already given up on NIntendo, I hope they don't take the sales of this game as evidence core titles do not sell on Wii U.

I know there are some significant things missing from the Wii U version of Madden and that they "only" had 6 months to throw it together, the primary reason I passed on it.

The GamePad issues concern me the most. I don't want to play a game like this with a controller that isn't designed around comfort and responsiveness. Perhaps the reviewer just wasn't used to it enough but I'm not convinced. Yes, he switched controllers, but that likely won't be feasible with all games.

I took that part of the preview as normal "boo hoo this isn't Dualshock/Xbox controller" blathering

Agreed, however I am used to this on Nintendo systems now from last gen, with Wii Remote blathering.

OK thanks. The trailer looked interesting, so I may still pick it up as I liked the ide aof runnign plays on the touch screen.

However I know that the gfx engine is from last year (DOESN'T BOTHER ME) as they did not have time to implement the new one apprently (but they had time to implement the new one on hd twins).  So I hope at least the reviewers know this and don't compare it visuallly to the other systems and say WiiU is infrior., but rather EA is shit.

Hasn't everyone who wanted to play this game already played it by now? This game isn't that important in the scale of things id be much more worried if the non ported games had theses issues either way it does suck that it doesnt deliever.

Only reason people are worried because same thing happend on Wii, Bad ports come out, ppeople said FU to those games. Publishers said OMG our games don't sell on Wii no more effort. We will release shovelware instead.

So, 3rd parties won't take this serious? Cmon EA...

Is that Commander Yao Shepard? Genius.

It's epic, where do I sign for the fanclub?

I hope nobody buys this game on Wii U. EA doesn't deserve to get sales for this game. You'd have to be a pretty big sucker to want to spend $60 on this broken port at this point.

Agree with this, but my only motivation is support Nintendo and buy a game I waited to get on the Wii U (I won't get it on PC (origin) even though I have 1/2 on PC).

So fact is, they loose, and they should.
