Do you want/need a phone or a tablet?

btw, why would you get a two year old phone?

Should be Galaxy S3 or Nexus7.
How good is your current phone? or do you already have a tablet? Also, why not get the $200 16GB nexus7?

EDIT: dude, if you clarify something later, fix the OP.

Nexus7... its a Nexus device and will be better from a user experience point of view. It will also get updates faster and for a longer period of time. Finally, why not the Nexus7 16GB for $200?

Thanks all for the advice. Nexus 7 it is then. Seems a good deal at 250 Euro for the 32 GB version.
