JRPG, SRPG, racing games, Platformers, action adventure games, in that order pretty much...

damn you, lucky. I am already on a tight budget just so I can afford AC3:L and P4G this season. If I had the extra cash, the limited addition would be MINE!

Have you played the original or would this be your first time? Have you played any of the others?

I played 3 but not 4. This will be my first time going through it.

Well now, lets see...

• JRPGs: We have P4G, this we already know you like.  Ragnorak Odyssey which is an action JRPG is out at the end of the month. There is New Little King Story,I am not sure if you have ever owned a PSP but there are a boat load of JRPGs to play from that will tie you over till they start coming to Vita. Hexyz Force, Legend of Heroes:Trails in the Sky, Persona 1-3 Portable, Ys Series, Cladun x2,Next year is Picotto Knights, Valhalla Knights 3, Phantasy Star Online 2, Demon's Gaze, and Soul Sacrifice. God Eater 2
• SRPGs: Orgarhythm, Army of Hell, Disgaea 3 the king of SRPGs. Rainow Moon is phenomenal and will be out sometime next year. PSP has some strong gems for these as well. Valkyria Chronicles 2, Tactics Ogre, etc.
• Racing: ModNation Racers, Need for Speed:Most Wanted, WRC, Sonic Racing, Wipeout ,Spy Hunter, F1, etc.
• Platformers: Mutant Blob, Little Big Planet Vita is the best of the series. Rayman Orgins, Sound Shapes, Escape Plan, Dokuro, Rocket Birds,Gaucamelee.
• Action Adventure: ACIII:Liberations looks amazing, Uncharted:Golden Abyss, Gravity Rush, Virtue's Last Stand, Ratchet & Clank:Full Frontal Assault, Sly Cooper:Thieves in Time. Tear Away is made by the acclaimed Media Molecule, something to look for in the future. Earth Defense Force 2017.

These might not all float your boat but its a start. I just say look a few of these up and see what you think. Maybe some of them can convince you to pick up a Vita in the future.

Ok. Well just like the OP says, there are quite a few improvements from P3 to P4, let alone with all the additions they are adding with Golden. It will all be new to you which is probably better. 

Many come out from playing this game and formed a strong affinity for one or more of the characters. My guess is that Chie is the most popular on the sheer amound of fan art/fic she has. I love the main character, Kanji, and Chie. All for varying reasons.

I am not sure how many of you this will effect but I stumbled upon some strong tidbits on the internet. Apparently, the Japanese version of P4G's trophies has a trophy that is called "Special Person", which is attached to whom you date. According to some of the online posters in the P4G tumblr, the wording seems to be purposefully vague, as they use "person" instead of "girl". The Trophy discription states "Get into a Relationship with ANY of the characters". Mind you this is translation from native english speakers. Everyone is starting to think that P4G might have snuck in Homo relationships with Yosuke and/or Kanji. Something else to take note of, apparently even the official P4G Wikia omits the final stages of Kanji's social link dialogue, cutting off around lvl 6. We all know Kanji was suspect in P4 original.

This could be pretty big for some players who felt left out by the rigid, womanizing nature of the first game. We all know Protaganist has mad "Swag", but is it good enough to pull boys as well? I guess we won't know till release. Somehow Atlus has been able to remain completely hush hush on this matter.

Thanks man. I know the feeling. I am dirt poor these days now that I don't have a job. I have been saving up for the past few months just so I can afford this game upon release. Also trying to platinum as many of my older games as possible so I can sell them for credit.
