Except that the government gets involved whether or not it needs to be. And once it is involved, it takes over fully. As I showed you. Even if one believes that the government should try to feed the poor, who can agree with the idea that the government should have a monopoly on feeding the poor and punish good citizens who take it on themselves to help those who aren't being helped by the government? But this is something that happens all the time.
