I'm a jerk, so I'm going to enter my opinion no-one cares about: I could not be less excited.

Me neither, I just like tech news. So even tho I'll probably never own an apple product, I enjoy this stuff.

True, kinda what I meant.

so macbook new line up details. Looks nice and expensive. shipping today.

Now they are talking about OS X.

Looks like focus on new stuff in OS X is just enhanced interpolation with iOS. All good stuff of course and all stuff MS will do in win8 and Android already does with Google services.

of course one big difference is Apple capability of deep integration being the software and hardware manufacturer. Definitely cool stuff.

(Don't mean to troll, just my opinion on Apple's pricing ;) )

From your last point it doesn't sound like they're really trying to turn it into a more attractive platform for anything but mobile devices and tablets... fail.

I find it crazy when a laptop is announced with a $2,199.99 price tag and people say "Excellent Price!"

O_o

iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.

Currently playing:

Final Fantasy VI (iOS), Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (iOS) & Dragon Quest V (iOS)

Got a retro room? Post it here!

Looks like Safari will have Chrome's sync features too. Apple fans will love this. Having it on my phone/browser is really awesome. You'll love it too, definitely comes in handy.

Well, its natural to combine the benefits of the mobile world and desktop.

Personally, I'm all for it.
