They have actually reached 2 out of 3 goals. As you noted, the first one of $25,000, and the $40,000 goal for an extra ship w/new weapons. The $60,000 goal to add a new stage and 2 player support may, or may not be reached. Those of us with our Dreamcast still hooked up, are more then happy to get a new game, with the bonus being the game will be available as DLC on many other platforms.
