He might be over the board but he has a point. He wants to make games that push the high end consoles and not the under powered Wii.

Also, real hardcore gamers can get a PS3 or a 360 and play all the hardcore games on those systems.

If Wii Sport, Wii Play or Wii Fit were available on the PS3 or 360 they will bomb hard because hardcore games don't care for those games.

Either you like it or not the Wii is not on the same league as PS3/360 and developers will have lots of work to make the game run on a Wii, so most of them will never do it.

This is a pretty unfounded claim. Capcom certainly thinks the Wii can be a success and is bringing their "hardcore" games over to the platform. There is at least one other developer that will absolutely make exclusive epic Wii games. It is a little known studio called Monolith Soft. They made some Xenosomething movies on the PS2 where occasionally you could interact with the environment.
