I actually would disagree. I like having topics in forums where the topic is not central to the idea behind the forum because it gives a more unbiased approach. For example, drugs at a video game forum, or a political thread at music forum. I've never been part of a drug forum, but I've browsed them (as we all have who want to be safe before tinkering with drugs) and I think everybody there is simply pro-drug.
Also, the poll seems evenly split between people who do drugs and people who don't. I wasn't expecting that result either.
