"we’d love to see" = they don't have any information. If they wanted to tease that info they would have been more clear.

Perhaps instead of Star Fox itself, they could use some Star Fox like elements in the next Metroid game where you pilot Samus's ship in combat situations.

I loved adventures but the only way I would approve of a sequel is if it was made by Rare, or by the original team at least, or by people who have worked on Zelda.

oh so that sony and microsoft can copy the "innovation" that nintendo is gonna have over the ps4 and 720? cause we all know what happends after a brief amount of time once something is unveiled by nintendo look at ps move/ microsoft kinect, or even the analog stick after the N64 showed it. or even the connectivity of the gameboy to gamecube. sony love to copy current tech and say its theirs

I'm definitely intrigued by the possibility of Retro making a new Star Fox game. I mean if the quality of their past games is any indication, Metroid Prime series, DKC, etc, than I think we'd be in for a great game. At this point, I'd almost trust Retro more with a game like this than Nintendo themselves.
