I have a PS3 and this is ALL MY OPINION! YOU MAY DISAGREE.

Games- Most of the games have no soul or identity. They seem to try to be like xbox games but they aren't.

online- online sucks imo. Most people don't have mics or talk. Also every server is separate and not unified like xbox. It has inconsistency features like some games have good features and some don't. "psn" sucks period.

Forced installs- the worst thing ever. since blu ray is slow as hell they have forced installs to make the speed on par with the so called "inferior" dvd. Most of the games have forced installs that range from 1-5 gigs,your hdd will be full very soon and you are forced to either buy a bigger hdd or delete the games but then you cant go back to play them without installing it back and forth.

Controller-it sucks,the handles are too short and the analogs feel cheap and very loose. The "triggers" suck and the analogs make your thumbs slip since it's not concave like 360.Ps3 controllers is just way too small I think it was designed for Asian hands. They should make one for Americans/Europeans.

Interface-xmb is ok but other things are terrible. Just click on someone's profile and see what i mean. Everything looks amater and thrown right away instead of putting thought into it. Profiles are big and ugly with some weird clear line half way of your avatar and it looks generic overall. They even made the friend list look worst than it already was. Also when a friend signs in you get some ugly generic gray bar which is just plain ugly imo.

Multiplatform games- They are always inferior to the 360. If it's not worst graphics or frame rate it's inferior online by default,etc

These are the reasons why ps3 is a disaster and doesn't even come close to xbox 360. I have one and i only use it to watch "THE PACIFIC" blu ray.

And keep in mind that it's my opinion you may disagree.

Quick kicking so much ass, that is! It's not even fair with Microsoft having bet the house on the EyeToy 2 Kinect and Nintendo trying to recover from the 3DSaster that Sony just keeps making so many awesome games like they're just trying to rub it in!

I'm guessing it's common practice to make troll threads once you legitimately get tired of discussing videogames on here.

yep i 100% DISAGREE with everything you said here.  

Games-Uncharted, infamous, killzone, gran turismo, little big planet, modnation racers, heavy rain, god of war, etc..  None of those games try to be like xbox games. Your first reason is mostly a fail.

Online-ya its not the greatest but its far from a failure. And almost every match that i play online always have 2 or 3 people with mics and talking, so i don't know what your talking about.  I think psn is fine for what it is, FREE.

Forced installs - This doesn't really bother me because from my experience the installs don't take that much time.  Is a 15-30 minute install really that big of a deal.

Controller- A lot of people seem to hate the controller but i think its fine the way it is. Sure they can make some changes to it but don't change it drastically.

Interface- This is fine. Ya its outdated but its fast and easy to navigate.  The only time its not fast is when in-game. 

Multiplatform games- One word: LAZYNESS.  PS3 has been in the market for 5-6 years and the developers still haven't taken the time to learn the ps3 architecture. Its a bit ridiculous if you ask me.
