That pretty much what I was thinking, despite the massive jump the engine does show its age when you think what Halo Reach looks like on the more modern engine. I was planning to rent the game in the new year but I'll be in my local GAME store ont he 15th to pick up Assassin's Creed Revelations. Might end up with an impulse purchase.

I have been eager to see and updated Flood design, as they weren't in Reach.

If I had a 360 I would buy this. Just for the flashback feature when you want it. Plus the first halo was awesome.

Morrowind looks way better than Halo. Even on Xbox. They both look fine even today, though.

I'm not feeling it, by now it's an old ass game on the Reach engine that's running on an old ass console, it's time for the next xbox, the remake was too early, it should have been 2 gens apart before they did this, not merely one gen.

Halo 4 is the best damn FPS since Halo 3.
