awesome.. you're older then half the population on earth!

I think people missunderstand what this number means.
I was the 4,979,787,194th person when I was born.
But now my number is much lower, cause people died of those 4,979,787,194th that were alive back then.

I guess with 25-26 you're already older than half of the population

Let's just call it what it is. Doom. Humanity is a cancer on the earth. We've drained oil well after oil well and yet as population increases, we depend on oil (The Blood of the Earth) more and more (For EVERYTHING--not just gas). We kill of forests, jungles, animal habitats, and wetlands for our own industrial and housing needs. We pollute oceans and the air with our bi-products. We kill entire species of animals for our consumption.

We don't have a natural predator. As time goes on, and two people (who live longer than ever, too!) produce three children and those three children produce nine children, we continue to put too much pressure on the planet. There is a breaking point and we are going to see it sooner rather than later. These are all things that we've heard time and time again and we ignore it because, as humans, we've never had it so good. But the amount of resources it takes to feed, clothe, shelter, entertain, and sustain humanity is going to be the catalyst for some lean times in the near future.
