As the subject says. I keep seeing Otodomedius Excellent getting delayed and alot of rumors on the net are swirling Microsoft won't have it released because Konami will only ship so many units.

Anyone on VGChartz hear of anythng about this? 

More discs means more royalty fees for Microsoft and less profit for the game makers. That's why most game makers try to avoid using more than one disc on xbox360.

I think he means copies of the game, not multi disc games.

OP: I can't see that myself. Unless MS is publishing they why would they care?

This is the game in question.

According to their facebook Konami apologized for the delay.

Amazon says November, however the game was listed early last year and keeps getting delayed month by month.

Rumor were MS keeps denying it for whatever reason, despite the game being finished for months.

if MS keep denying this,there should no Deathsmiles IIX released on GOD/DoDonPachi Resurrection coming this november

That seems like a silly policy for MS to have...doubt it's true.

It likely is due to them not having or wanting to spend the money, not some MS policy.  It costs a good deal of money to manufacture a game (not just royalty fees).

If you read it on the internet, it sounds incredibly stupid and makes no sense then it probably isn't true.
