Forums - General Discussion - What does your thinking voice sound like?

I'm assuming that most people can hear their own voice when they think, but I'm sure that this isn't the case for everybody.

Mine does sound a lot like my own voice; maybe a little deeper

I don't think with a voice, the ideas are in my mind but I never actually pronounce words in my head.

No troll is too much for me to handle. I rehabilitate trolls, I train people. I am the Troll Whisperer.

I think in my regular voice ~*How I hear myself talk, not how I really sound to other people/how I sound in a recording

Is it just me or do you guys feel like you sound weird when hearing your own voice recordings too??

Wtf never thought of that. You just blew my mind, I am certain now I'm not being controlled as my mind voice is the same as my real voice.

what if you don't ever think? lol

I don't think in words. I think in pictures or abstract concepts.

However, when I'm typing the words say themselves in my head as I type them... It sounds like me but more feminine and higher pitched.

I only thought I sounded weird as a child and young teenager. Now my voice sounds the same to me in recordings and when I talk.

my thinking voice is just a slightly effeminate version of my own, which now that I mention it is actually pretty disturbing.
