Well i have this computer issue with only 2 programs Unity and now MSN messager. They work but they have this blurry effect that really annoying and i want to get rid of it. MSN message wasn't like this when unity was playing up. I have also tried re installing an few times for both but no luck.
Doesn't anyone know what issue it is and know how to fix it.

That is... really weird shit. I've never seen something like this, but you're kinda in luck, since others have.
AMD/ATI GPU I assume? Then your solution(s) are in the posts here. Seems to be a catalyst issue.

i guess i am not the only problem with the issues. It appears to be Java and AMD cards failing to work together.

Ok found the fix that will solve the issue to others having problems with there java programs with AMD cards is to disable morphological filtering until Java and AMD get there act together.
