So America, one of the only countries in the world where XBOX 360 outsells PS3, they decide to put PSN up there first...

I don't mean offence, I want PSN to be up for everybody, but you would have thought SONY would have restored PSN in their home country first, and in the countries / regions where they have the most loyal customers.
