Televised, no. There is a live stream though.

During the VGA's, Spike tv kept having an announcement during the ad breaks that for the first time ever they will be bringing live coverage of CES and every ad showed clips of Microsoft's Xbox stage setups of e3's gone past.

 

Hope that makes sense, can't be bothered to rephrase, sorry.
