This has been bugging me for some time and there has been no mention of it. I forgot the issue number but they were fighting demons in the city and in the aftermath of the battle hawkeye is shown lifting a car off of him....wtf. If you know the character you know that he has no powers at all. There was also a moment where he was affected by a device the removes powers, is there a story touching on this because I hate when something is brought up and never finished (cough cough FF7).

I don't read it, but I can give you three made up reason for both occurences that while clearly not canon is a plausable excuse.

1) Hawkeye did have powes for a while.  He used to use the Pym particles to be goliath, so it might give him some super strength minor super strength in one case and might make him vulnerable to Fixer's energy drainer.  (I think it was Fixer) which effected tech, genetically altered, magic and mutant superheros alike.

2) Adrenaline gives people Super Strength, and Hawkeye is like 80% deaf and has a super integrated hearing aid.  the Charger could of caused it to feedback and KO him.

3) See part of 2... and or Clint Barton is magic now.  He was brought back to life Via Scarlet Witch magic so a magic disabler should work on him.
