probably been moved to 3DS

I hope not...Miyamoto already said it was still on the Wii back in July 2010 but if it did get moved to 3DS somehow...I might end up buying a 3DS after all.

Nah, I respectably disagree.  A smooth control scheme with a large user base could do wonders for the sales number.  Keep in mind Pikmin from the git-go had to compete with Melee, Tony Hawk Pro skater 3, Star Wars Rogue Squadron 2, among other established GC launch titles. Then, Pikmin 2 released at a time when the GC was largely unpopular.  A large user base, greater recognition of Olimar through Brawl, and a price cut over the summer could allow the game to do well.

And I don't think NPC is any predictor of the title's potential success.  A segment of the userbase I'm sure despises the NPC series. 

I predict it'll be a Mid-November title as a Wii title along with Starfox in late November.

Well the past two Pikmin's were million sellers. I think honestly that considering Miyamoto said it was a very small team working on it. Maybe the game is still in development but with such a small team taking alot longer then most games would. I think that in 2011 Nintendo is going to need some titles and with Zelda launching earlier in the year they're going to need a title or two in the fall.

I wouldn't bet on its release fall next year, but I am pretty sure it is plausable or maybe summer as some suggest. That or perhaps Pikmin 3 was turned into a 3DS title or changed into a Nintendo-Next title!

I hope it comes out next year, otherwise there's no reason to turn the Wii on for the whole year.

And the Pikmin... I wouldn't be surprised if Pikmin 3 has been in development for some time at Nintendo, but whether or not its release is imminent is a different thing completely.
