Since Drake has already visted 2 out of the 3 teasure hotspots in the globe (central america, Asia) and all that is left is the Middle East.

 I was hoping they'd work volcanoes and crazy lava things into it :(.

 Sand could be cool though, it definitely looks good in the new Spec Ops game, and it's not really used very often in games - just got to shy it away from looking too post-apocalyptic as that's been done to death lately.

Just woke up and saw that teaser trailer and noticed the book on the desk titled 'Seven Pillars of Wisdom'; which is a book written by T.E. Lawrence (lawrence of arabia). :D So that's a fairly good indication that there will be a lot of sand in Uncharted 3. 

Edit: Watched it again and saw the map that had 'ARABIA' written right across. (slaps forehead) Bah, and I thought I was being all detectivy T_T (eats breakfast) .
