You need to post at least your video card specs here if there's any. Right click on desktop, choose resolution and then advanced settings...

And some extra info would be needed. Like CPU make, model and clock speed; graphics card and RAM.

It is probably enough. Just keep resolution at like 900p or lower, anyways it should perform miles ahead of the X360 version.
