Ima have to fight soccer moms for the last Kinect available on Novembver 14th.

omg Kinect is huge...

It's a whole new hardware-like launch indeed.

That's $500 Million dollars in advertising cost at work for ya... Peddle the crap to the knowledgeable moms out there..

It's indeed a cool thing to be paid to play in front of cameras... You better show that it's fun even if it's not

She was pretty awesome in that.  You could tell she had a ball.

Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.

MS would have preferred Oprah, but she couldn't till Xmas, she's still tidying up all the mess since the last time she received Tom Cruise.

They did Oprah already; It was scary.

Basically MS is really smart. They took a step back and said, "What did Nintendo do with Wii that made it required in every American family home?" What they saw was Nintendo putting it out on the nonGaming mass market channels. So they copied this. However, Nintendo also went country wide and got people to play it for months after launch. I don't see MS doing this because it doesn't play as nicely as Wii did. That will be Kinect's fall. Wii was increadibly fun to play and Kinect thus far seems to have issues barring that same simple fun.
