In response, we have teamed up with Bethesda Softworks to make all of the Fallout 3 DLC available to Plus subscribers for free, as the release of Fallout: New Vegas draws tantalisingly near. Please be aware that these packs will be in the Plus section of PlayStation Store for one week only, from the following dates:

I haven;t bought any of the DLC yet for Fallout 3, so I am screwed having to spend $50 over who knows how long.

With Plus however do you get to keep all free DLC even if your subscription expires? I would buy 1 month for $7.99 just to get these.

Please tell me it is coming to the US.

I've no idea how plus works but can't you just create an eu account and plus account. get the dlc that way?

Yes, you can keep it.... you just can't play it :P

Need an active subscription to play any "free" stuff.  If it was a "discounted" item that you still paid at least SOMETHING for then yes, you get to play that even if subscription expires
