Unless I missed something, so far no FPS has been announced for the 3DS, so this is to speculate for the first to be announced.

CoD is a certainty for the system. It just needs to be seen if anything else gets a release prior to Nov 2011 (next CoD release date)

Again, this is the announcement prediction, regardless of the actual release.

Call of Duty, if only because it's a given that it WILL be announced fairly soon (given that it comes out next Nov), and I highly doubt any of the other games on the list will come out before then. I will admit I'm not well learned with MoH so I don't know if/when it's likely to come out on the 3DS.
As far as "others" go... I can't even think of any.
So CoD gets my vote.

This isn't "if CoD will be made for the 3DS", but "will it be announce for the 3DS before any other FPS is announced".
