Eternal Sonata is crap, I'd keep Heavy Rain. I enjoyed playing it for the 30 minutes that I did more than I did Eternal Sonata, mostly because I liked Xing to Jason...

Heavy Rain was great but I'd wait for it to drop to under $30 before you pull the trigger. I don't really think its a game you play multiple times.

Never played the other 2 you mentioned.

I've already seen Heavy Rain for $29.99 on at least two separate occasions, so I don't think a lower price in the near future would be unlikely. Personally, I loved Eternal Sonata as it has pretty much my favourite battle system in any JRPG to date, and is absolutely gorgeous to boot. Great soundtrack, as well.
