n64: GOLDENEYE (greatest game ever) with shoutouts to mario kart 64 and winback

dreamcast: soulcalibur

ps2: ummm... dvd player?

xbox: tie... shenmue 2, morrowind and kotor

xbox 360: tough call as theres a few i like equally but ill just go with halo 3

wii: super smash bros brawl (the only game i like on the system)
