You've got it backwards, HD games can't do badly, when they do there is a perfectly logical reason for it, while Wii games are bombs no matter how much they sold, if you've been on any gaming site you should know that.

Oh trust me, i really cant remember when a Wii game did badly, theres ALWAYS a ready made excuse, its honestly hilarious. Its not just this community, when gamers like me point it out, they all come out from hiding to say how it was all the publishers fault.

You're right. Most every Wii game bombs and I call them out on it. This is why I have written a few threads about Wii games bombing. I was going to write a thread about why Monster Hunter Tri bombed in the Americas but Savior X beat me to it.

I think it sold much better than generally expected in the West. I was hoping it could sell a little more, but I am by no means disapointed by it's Western sales

Looks like it did decent. Wish it sold more. I just recently bought it (new). Wish I bought it sooner.... Just started playing it and I am enjoying it. The controls are a little awkward at first but I am getting the hang of everything now. First Monster Hunter game I've played. Seems a little like Phantasy Star Online except areas more varied than PSO GCN version. I assume Phantasy Star Online copied a little from Monster Hunter?

If anyone cares to play with a newbie then let me know (or start a new character). I have yet to try online because I wanted to get the starter area finished (aka learn more about game before I jumped into online play). Didn't want to seem like a total dumbass first time online.
