I think Cliffy B is gonna reveal a new IP or Shadow Complex 2 (hopefully either 360 exclusive)

Than at E3 announce a new Gear of War3...I mean why would MS let them announce Gears on a talk show..insead of announcing it on a bigger occasion

They announced Gears 2 at GDC which is even less public then a TV show. Shadow Complex was a co-published project between Microsoft and Epic. I'm sure the 2nd will be the same way. I also wonder what is going on with that 3rd project. It was supposed to be an EA partners thing, but nothing has been mentioned about it in a long time.

New IP > Gears 3

Games like Gears magnitude should only come out 3-4 years, same with Halo. Keep updating the game and new maps will keep people interested.

I thought it was supposed to be chair (the studio that made shadow complex) whos making the shooter for EA
anyway , i hope this april 8th announcement is gears 3 :)
