How come the glasses cost $150 a pop, btw?



this is awesome, if only i could afford a 3D TV!

I am going to upgrade from my Philips 1080p HDTV once there is a good selection of HDTVs which do not need special shutter glasses.

I would agree with this. I like getting loads of friends over to watch movies. buying a whole bunch of shutter glasses will cost a fortune as well.

Right, but such tvs are not going to be available for years. I dont wanna wait.

fancy "shutter" electronics + bluetooth (or some other wireless protocol) + rechargable battery system + hefty profit for new technology.




If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy
