U2 looks better IMO.
Alan Wake looks good, but I think Uncharted is pure eyecandy. But it has been proven that those pics are bullshots of cutscenes especially when true pictures of Alan Wake's actual gameplay have demonstrated that there is some difference between cutscenes and gameplay:

gow3 reaches something i have never seen period , but uncharted 2 does look better than alan wake we are comparing a game which uses 25 gb(uc2) to a game which uses maybe 7 gigs (alan wake) there is no comparison in reality
Alan Wakes textures are far, far lower than U2 - look at the wood and car. No competition, Uncharted 2 wins hands down.
Yeah no doubt this game hasn't even been released yet and UC2 in motion, in game, is absolutely the most jaw dropping experience I've ever had playing a game before. Looking at the pictures or even videos of UC2 does it no justice at all. When you're at home on your big screen HDTV looking at UC2's visuals is truly a great moment for anyone in gaming, and if you have yet to experience it you are truly missing out and have no room to talk on the subject of UC2's graphics. Seeing Alan Wake before it is even released to the public is not a fair assessment of its graphics, some might argue that it will look better when it is completed and released to the public but I will point out the fact that most games pre production never turn out as well as advertised and this hype will die down once the game is released and it looks nothing like UC2 in action.

LMAO! Had a good laugh at that one.
Seriously, though what you said is true. You can see in the footage there is a clear jump from gameplay to cutscene in Alan Wake. This includes color and lighting. However, in UC 1&2 there is no noticable jump. In my opinion, UC2 definitely looks better, but Alan Wake still looks pretty good. And not that it matters, but is Alan Wake confirmed to be 720p or is it going to be sub-HD?

Alan Wake was also being planned as a PS3 title in the beginning. Not sure if it was once exclusive or if it was going to be multi-plat. I still have a download somewhere of an ad for it with the old Spider-man font Playstation 3 at the end. This was before MS partnered with Remedy.
cant judge anything now by jus seeing the screen shots . wait till the release of the game do a comparison than make the judgment.
