It has exceeded my expectations. A great change of pace from all the shooters and hack-n-slashes I've been playing lately. Everyone should at least give this give this game a chance.

Heavy Rain looks like it may be up my alley. Seems like a modern console adaptation of a story-heavy point-and-click adventure.

I was looking at the first hour or so of a video playthrough of Indigo Prophecy on youtube and now I want to try Indigo Prophecy. It seems really interesting. How you have to really cover your tracks (as Lucas), be diligent in your search (as Carla and the other guy), keep up your mental health and how the story changes based on your actions. It's like the visual novels I've played except more interactive. I'm gonna have to track down an uncensored PC version of Indigo Prophecy (even if it's just some brief sex mini-game apparently. I couldn't live up to my alias any other way).

Thats because people are discussin whether they like it or not in its official thread, so you should see it to see what people think of the game

but I am avoiding it due to maybe small spoilers (I'm gonna buy it later this month)

The Origami Killer is Solid Snake.

(In the words of Luke Skywalker) No! That's not true! That's IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!!

I loved and hated it. It's and amazing game and so hard to put down which is the main reason I hated the game for about 3.5 days when my game save kept crashing my system. SHAUN!!!!!!!

I am the Playstation Avenger.

It was great, felt cool like when I first played Indigo Prophecy. I think they should get a co-director or co-writer though because Cage is 0 for 2 in terms of story.

Heavy Rain's story was no where near as flawed as Indigo Prophecy's.  When it's said and done, HR's story was great.

Huh? What do mean by "flawed" because when it all said and done both of them are equally but in different respective manners to how a story's crafted.

I mean that Heavy Rain doesn't suffer from that Indigo Prophecy syndrome thing.

I loved it of course, it really does suck you right into the game with the way the controls work, with you constantly fearing choosing the wrong option in case you kill a character lol.

Now to replay the parts I bodged up lol

it's the future of handheld
