a bit misleading title ...

How so?

The next generation of the Natal hardware is ready and it is more precise.

I think some people thought you meant next console gen. To be fair, Natal hasn't been released yet so maybe "next generation" is the wrong terminology. Maybe "MS improved Natal hardware from E3 prototype for increased precision" or something similar...

Anyway, I'm assuming this means the lag issues some people have commented on will have been reduced and difficult to notice by release.

To be honest, I just copied the title from the link.

As for lag, it might be reduced, it might not.  We shall have to wait and see.  We can take from this that Natal can see movement more precisely than in the videos we have seen up until now.

if its Jaosn that is saying this then thats good.... he is a bit of a sony fan and a proper gamer. so it should be good if he rates it.

yea i think he's a sony electronic fan. but when it comes down to consoles i think hes evenly split. natal sounds very promising!!

They've been hyping for months now, I want to see a wide range of playable software (including something I'd be interested in myself, obviously).

A game I'm developing with some friends:

It is largely a technical exercise but feedback is appreciated.

Oh so that means that Wossy must have been playing the same one from E3! Maybe people will be able to try the 'next gen' version on the show floor at E3!

From the quoted description this sounds more like going from v1.1 to v1.2 rather than a next generation iteration of the device. and I guess that's what libellule meant.

OT a bit more I've never dug Natal (or the wand) much - but that does sound promisingly enthusiastic.  I'll be curious to see the what they finally launch with.

Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...

God I can't stand him or that Suzi Perry.
I have tickets to Gadget show live and I can promise you i wont be going to anywhere that those two numpties are.

I look forward to seeing what the new model can do. Hopefully they'll have something besides Ricochet and FlailPainter to demonstrate with, too.

I thought it wouldn't be long until they fixed the lil lag they had. So whats the next complaint we will hear on this site?

I think Natal is got it in the bag. If the lag is still off it will be fixed with in a year of the release with a hardware update.

Also it's looking pretty promising, If killer instanct releases with it, it's over with. instint hit.
