Im currently addictd to Heroes of Newerth.

Just feels more of a complete package. Much ofcourse do to the fact that its more of a DotA clone than LoL.

And with the competetive scene already in full effect is another plus. Gamereplays.org hosts alot of turneys and theres alot of Vods to watch. I like.

I like LoL alot more myself, I think it plays a lot better than Dota personally. But I never really got into Dota too much. I like it over HoN for the same reasons, since HoN is more of a clone.

What i didnt like with LoL was the UI and animations. The artstyle wasnt my cup of tea either, but its probably just something you have to get used to.

There certainly is a difference there. I am partial to LoL, but I think HoN also looks pretty nice. I have heard a couple people who were used to Dota/HoN remark unfavorably about the LoL art style though.

forget either of them, give me dota. LoL has its advantages but when it comes to the core gameplay dota is better, LoL is just too noob friendly.

Prefer HoN to LoL, but still prefer WC3 mods for life. ^^
