Since there is this whole "are you in love" thread going around, I would like to discuss the topic of cheating. Various people have different defintions and feelings on it.

-Explain your definition of cheating.

-What is taking it "too far", and what isn't?

-Any stories related?

Another question: Would you consider talking to others on webcam cheating? What if the person "reveals" themselves on cam?

No, only bastards cheat on someone they actually care about.

Actually, I think it's pretty impossible to cheat on someone you care about because if you do cheat on someone you don't care about them.

I only helped cheating. I have shared the bed with... 3 women who where married now (two were with the husbands consent). And with 2 girls who had boyfriends. Neither with consent. I don't feel bad about it I mean, I'm technically not cheating and what someone else does with his/her life that's up to them.

The women who had their husbands consent were by the way married longer and a lot happier then the one I had an affair with for over a year. I read about it yesterday, a new phenomonon called Polyamorie. Having multiple lovers with eachothers consent. Apparantly it strengthens the bond if you are not the type to claim or be jealous and I kinda feel that way as well. I'm not jealous and during the time that I still had "free relationships" I didn't care what my girls would do while I wasn't with them. I kinda enjoyed their stories too, they were educational.

So to answer your question Nightwish, I don't think it's cheating even if one of m has sex- as long as the other party knows what is happening.

The first thing you should do, is find out what's cheating to the person your with.

That's the limit. What I then do as well, is think about how far it could go before I got upset over something, and if that's less then your partners definition of cheating, stop there as well.

It's hard to ask someone to stop doing something, that you in turn do.

[as for webcam chats.. i think they might count as cheating but only in certain contexts... there is such a thing as different-gender friendships, and thats totally different to online flirting.]
