shadow complex, the entire game was in the demo

This is the right answer.

? did i spend 800 points for nothing? (not that i'd regret it for this game)

There was a glitch the day it came out that allowed you to play the entire game in the demo via save game loading.

BBC:2 the mutiplayer is amasing.

Final Fantasy VII Demo, played it more than the full games I owned.

Odd. Future. Wolf. Gang. Kill. Em. All. OFWGKTA Don't give a fuck!

Fuck Steve Harvey. FREE EARL!

Final Fantasy Versus XIII will be the GREATEST game EVER made!!!

I'd take a bullet for Square-Enix!

Mine would be warhawk but I judge a demo differently from the TC. For me, a demo is really great when it can successfully present all aspects of the game such that there's no need to buy the full game. That's why the warhawk demo rocks lol

"Dr. Tenma, according to you, lives are equal. That's why I live today. But you must have realised it by now...the only thing people are equal in is death"---Johann Liebert (MONSTER)

"WAR is a racket. It always has been.

It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, surely the most vicious. It is the only one international in scope. It is the only one in which the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives"---Maj. Gen. Smedley Butler

Now most people know by now that my favorite game EVAR is Batman: AA, but even the first time I played the demo I had it set in my mind that it would would be. I was looking forward to the game as soon as I saw the first trailer and then when I played the demo my mind exploded. I must have played it a good 25-30 times.

Bad Company, Bad Company 2, L4D, L4D2, Halo Wars and the Halo 3 beta were all my favorite although the last one really wasn't a demo.

In fact I think I'll go play some more of the Bad Company 2 demo now :D

BioShock. I also spent a lot of time playing skirmish mode in the Halo Wars demo; sadly, the full game didn't hold my interest for long.

Going back a few years, I spent countless hours playing and replaying the DOOM shareware. I also spend countless hours playing QTest on my college LAN (Quake multiplayer test). Neither of those was exactly a demo, though.
