Dude, as a giant Stephen King fan, I have to say that you have the coolest avatar in the world. That's just awesome. Hahaha. Are you a huge Stephen King fan too?

Yeah man I read IT at least once a year for tradition. I watched the movie when I was 9, and it scared me so bad I had nightmares for weeks. Then I read the book as a Freshman in HS, and have read it once a year since. It had such an impact on my life. He's the reason I got into horror. I now have over 1,000 horror movies! My other favorites include Desperation, The Stand, The Shining (though the movie is better, sorry Stephen), Dolores Claiborne, Insomnia, Pet Sematary, Duma Key, Everything's Eventual, etc. etc. You?

AWESOME. Yes, IT really is an amazing book. Worthy of the annual re-reads. Very cool. Stephen King is definitely my favorite author, I've read everything of his. Didn't really get into him until 2009 (the stuff I read as a child scared me soooo bad I was afraid to go back until I was older). In fact, I loved reading Stephen King so much that he inspired me to start writing myself and I've been doing that since December of 2009. Your favorites are a lot like mine: Man do I love Everything's Eventual. Insomnia is one of my favorites as well. And I really enjoyed Joyland last year. In short, I've read everything the man has written and released and there's little I didn't really really enjoy. :)

Xbox One China. FULL DETAILS EMERGE. MS aren't messing about.

in Microsoft Discussion 9 hours ago

This is exactly what Microsoft should've done with Japan and the 360. Get a bunch of launch games by Japanese developers, partner with a huge Japanese company (Toshiba perhaps?) and then released the 360 in 2006. At least they have seem to learn their lesson and Xbox One should do OK in China....

How the Wii U could make a comeback

in Nintendo Discussion 16 hours ago

QuintonMcLeod said: [b] I didn't say the Dreamcast sold well.  I simply said it wasn't a failed console. The Dreamcast sold well enough during its first year, but after that, Sega was unable to promote its system and its games. Because of that, many of the Dreamcast's releases flew under the radar. If Sega had money, those games would've been properly marketed, and their games...

How the Wii U could make a comeback

in Nintendo Discussion 20 hours ago

QuintonMcLeod said: McDonaldsGuy said:It is a well known FACT the Dreamcast had extremely poor sales. The reason Sega was also losing a lot of money was because the hardware wasn't profitable - the reason this was is because they had to keep the costs low in order to try and compete with Nintendo and Sony. However, even when the Dreamcast was dirt cheap it was not selling units at...
