They only started the hearings knowing they have the numbers - and things have only gone worse for Trump. And 2) Trump won't be removed. That requires 2/3, or 67 people. Actually never doubt that a blind vote could happen. There is a small chance that good old Mitch could go that route and it would be very interesting how things could shake up if it did happen.
