Thought it was good. Just good, not great not poor, solid 7/10. Some of the story aspects are well put together, his obvious mental breakdown, the idea that you don't really know what his origin is.

Spoiler!
Doesn't matter what people said as things can be faked, Thomas Wayne did have an affair, that affair resulted in a child, to make it look like it's not his they faked adoption papers for example. Joker's mum was crazy because of the whole incident, not sure why adoption papers would be in her medical records however, that's weird.

Also, big issue of Batman continuity although it's obviously outside of the main mythos. That being

Spoiler!
Joker is meant to be an unknown, you don't need to know who the Joker is as it doesn't matter, what matters is what he is now. However, all of the goings on in this have records. He was invited by name to the studio before he admits to anything, he was wanted by police in connection to the 3 killings which started a mass riot, all that. So in the future when Batman is about fighting this madman and wondering who he is,this man called The Joker, Batman would easily find not only the records of Arthur but records of all connections to his mother and no doubt her connection to his dad.
