White people are told to go back to their country. I've seen it happen a few times. But that isn't racist it's just mean.
You're just jumping to conclusions since the people were brown and black. The statement itself of telling someone to go back to their country to help fix it in general isn't racist. Now if someone said you're black or brown and don't belong here then go back to your country than that would be racist.
Why does their race matter? The comment is still pretty mean in general.
