FF7R was just a marketing tool that the PS4 needed. It was a push for sales and I think it did what was needed for SONY.
(To be honest, with all that is happening with the Michael Jackson thing right now - I know, a little off topic - but I'm seriously thinking about boycotting SONY. Selling everything I own that is Sony. Fuck them...new gen is looking like Microsoft for me.)
