Edge browser better than Chrome Browser?

Yh that works... but only if you have a really powerful CPU. With hardware acceleration on you will notice the Chrome Instance that is playing the video uses like 3-6% of your CPU and like 20-30% of your GPU. Even for a 4k video. Put it of and your CPU will jump to like 80%-100% usage (depending on how powerful the CPU is) and the GPU will be at zero. 

Either way, this is clearly a chrome problem,as seen in the screenshots I provided playing the exact same video at the exact same rez but on two different browsers.
