I do own consoles as well you know.

And I can assure you that the update/install times for consoles is absolutely terrible compared to my PC's.

It's not rubbish. It's crystal clear that consoles are far easier to deal than PCs.

You press one button, log in, then click on the game you want to play.  On console, you press one button, log in, then scroll to the game you want to play, and press a button.   And btw, my PS4s (pro and base) downloads everything slower than both of my PS3s.  The issue is that you do not realize how far pc gaming has come over the past few years.  I have both, and use both regularly, but I'm not going to be silly enough to say consoles are better.  They have their perks, but not outright better.  I've had plenty of shutdown errors on PS4 this generation, too.  More-so than PC.
