Now that I have slept on it, and have had a bit more time to absorb it all. Gonna split it into: Two Thumbs up (means I loved it), One Thumb Up (looks interesting, but I want more), One Thumb Down (I don't see myself ever giving a crap), and Two Thumbs Down (Disapointed/hate it)... Siskel and Ebert style (they were assholes).
Two Thumbs Up
* Mario Maker 2 - Best presentation of the show.
* Bloodstained
* Dragon Quest 11 S
* Dragon Quest Builders
* Rune Factory 4
* Rune Factory 5 - My favourite announcement.
* Yoshi Demo today
+14 Points
One Thumb Up
* Treasure Tracker new content
* Yoshi - only because it failed to hype me up any more; I think the treehouse events show this game off better.
* Tetris 99 Free today - really fun, but stressful.
* Undertale Expansion
* Dead By Daylight
* Real Car Racer
* Hellblade
* Unravel Two
* Assassin's Creed 3

One Thumb Down
* Marvel game
* Box Boy Girl
* Smash Bros stuff
* Disney junk
* Star Fox Atlas
* Deus Ex Machina
* News on Bayoneta 3
* Astral whatever - not saying it will be bad, but I don't enjoy Platinum Games type things.

Two Thumbs Down
* Oninaki (Just found out this is from the I am Setsuna Team, fuck it!)
* Fire Emblem update - FE is one of my favourite franchises, ever; this looked a little bland and a painful user experience due to the poor looking UI and and graphical style.
* Final Fantasy 7 end of March - Nintendo was advertising this already; I was hoping for more of a speel on how FF7 on Switch is 22 years in the making, and it's coming out today. Instead, "Out in a month and a half, take these junior FF games instead, asshole!"
* Zelda Link's Awakening Remake - Really anti-climactic ending (for me at least), I already own this game three times (GB, GBC, and 3DS) and this version seems to only have a new paint coat, and likely a FAR higher price tag to accompany it.

So STILL 7/10 for me (as I got before), even with my weird mathematical formula that's ABSOLUTELY nonsense! =D
I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.
