They lowered pretty aggressively likely so that in March they can probably beat that 17 million number by a bit and then say they beat their last forecast and get positive news that way.
20 mill was always a ridiculous number given the lineup they had, they were way too caught up in Labo being a blue ocean hit.
17+ mill is still a very healthy number for Switch that's comparable, maybe a bit more than PS4 in its second full year on the market.
