the first game is almost all underwater, the second game you are out to save Santa so that he can deliver presents at christmas time.... there is the track and field games? :D
He also doesn't have a gun and his main ability in the second game at least is the ability to stretch his body up to the sky... ya know... just like in Octopussy!
I do think the "parody" ended at his name, and some of the music for the second game being a clear rip off of Robocop (operation Robocod)
