The "line" is if your taxable income is $0. And that's only for people who made less than $10,000 or so. Maybe 5-10% at most of the country. Mostly teens who worked a summer job I would guess.
I was $18,000 over the "line" so I wasn't even close. You just know absolutely nothing about taxes and think you do, which is even sadder.
