Isn't fallout a bit unlikely given the ES VI should release earlier than Fallout. On the other hand Fallout 3 and Fallout NV released after eachother with no mention of elder scrolls in between. So it could be a new fallout game. Hopefully it runs on a new engine if that's the case.
