When do you have enough of an unfinishable game?

There are two good indicators for me:

First, when I find myself on Steam looking for new games.

Second, when I log into the game in question and just kind of stand there, trying to think of what I want to do next. That's when I realize that the game has become a comfortable habit more than an adventure.
