Hmm, I guess my biggest weakness here is that I've become much too attached to the people here, and being the very emotional person I am, I probably am not the best person to be trying to lead this cause. I can go from being very happy and motivated one moment, to feeling hopeless and depressed the next 
So, I think we'll just see what will come of this from here on.
